I've watched the first two rallies. Bernie is alone - not one Democratic Congressional Representative has joined him.
David Sirota said this today about the Democratic Party. I think it speaks to why Bernie doesn't have any backup. "This is not a political party right now. It is a country club for careerists who are happy to ride out the inferno in their luxury bunkers".
We can't let Democrats drink champagne in their bunkers. Instead we need to summons them to town hall meetings to answer why Bernie doesn't have any backup and other questions from their constituents.
